Additional adults (more than 6), with prior agreement only, charged at 10% extra per person
Price does not include heating, which is charged at €10 per day for central heating. For the wood burning stove, the first basket of logs is free, subsequent baskets at €5 per basket. Electric heaters €5 per day each

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking. Full amount payable 8 weeks prior to commencement of rental together with a refundable security deposit, which will be returned at the end of your holiday (minus any deductions for damage).
We are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets, as we have three cats.
For the benefit of non-smokers, we request no smoking inside the gîte.
Rental period is from 5pm on the first day to 9.30am on the last day. During high season changeover day is Saturday. At less busy times of the year we can be more flexible.
A welcome pack of food and drink is provided so that you do not have to shop immediately. Please let us know if you have any special requirements.
